I have a huge, maybe even a little bit insane, goal in mind leading to the closing of this year. I plan on writing, drawing, coloring, lettering...well completely finishing the second installment of Brief Heroics by the time the New York Comic Con takes place in October. I know it's going to be a monstrous load of work to do in the next several months but I feel it's possible. This is actually a much shorter amount of time then what it took me to do the first book, but a lot of that time was me figuring out how to do things. Still, I have new characters, weapons, etc. to design but at least I know how to lay everything out now.

For the next several months leading up to the finish of the book,(hopefully by my goal time) I'll be posting concept art, sketches, bad spelling and grammar, and more to give you all an idea of what it takes to make something this sexy. Bellow is concept art of a new character that will be in the next book...probably.

That's right! "Brief Heroics" Volume 1, the greatest comic you've never heard of, is now for sale at Cosmic Comics in Manhattan. Cosmic Comics is located on 23rd and Madison Ave. It's pretty exciting to have a book I wrote and illustrated to be on sale in the Windy Apple...the Big Windy?...uh, the Easy Apple?... well, New York City! This gives us one step closer to taking over the world!

For those who don't understand Monday's comic here is a link to Snopes to explain it to you! When I first was told this story, I thought it was for real, but to my disappointment I found out it's an urban legend. With my imagination and lack of good eye sight, I could see myself making this mistake of someone came to my door.

Thanks a lot YouTube. I just loved this weeks B&W comic so much I just spent the last three hours watching every TMNT cartoon clip and vintage video game clip I could find.
